CRE has pioneered the technology of manufacturing of HVAC Filters covering from the range of Pre Filter to Absolute Filter.

The Application include commercial air conditioning and ventilation to the critical requirement in clean rooms, Bio-technology and semi-conductor. Filters are tested as per international standards as BS, ASHRAE, etc with fully equipped state-of-the-art testing facility in our modern plant. We are equipped with D.O.P. generator, Leak Detection Equipment, Photo Analytical Electronic Particle Counter.

CRE HEPA Filters a continuous sheet of micro Glass Fiber Paper is pleated into closely spaced pleats, each pleat supported by a corrugated separator. The Filter pack is enclosed in a frame of metal. The filter is sealed into the frame using a Fire Retatardent adhesive.
 
PERFORMANCE
Filters are individually tested for efficiency using 0.3 micron Dioctylphthalate smoke. the results are indicated on each along with air flow and pressure drop.

 

Filters are tested for air resistance and DOP (dioctylphthalate)smoke penetration (a mean particle diameter of 0.3 microns) by measuring upstream and downstream conceentrations of the smoke by photometer. Each filter is individually tested and certified.

Highly efficient microfiberglass paper folded over corrugated separators of aluminum which prevent the media from nesting and channel air flow for lowest possible resistance.

CRE mini pleat Filters offer outstanding performances and energy cost saving characteristics. Our mini pleat allows much more filter media into the same area, conventional corrugated separator filters occupy.
